I don't fell like getting up in the morning again. We go out by the noon again.
We go through the park to Piazza Cavour, and then Via della Spiga. There's a big crowd again, there are even queues to some shops! I guess they let go in only some people at one time. It looks funny when you know it's a capitalist country ;) In one of the better shops there are tables full of yummies. But normal poeple rather won't be allowed to go in to such shops ;)
And then a known way to Duomo. We turn south. On the corner Pier has a coffee in one of the cafees. It's full of beautiful colourful marzipanes - they look like in a fairytale!

Mrrrrr...
On the way we pass by San Sebastiano (one of the oldest churches in the town), a church in a smaller street, San Lorenzo - unfortunatelly all of them are closed.
On the south there are canals - another nice place in Milano. The town is big enough to have so many different atractions :) We sit down in a greek taverna for a while to have a pita - it's delicious and big enough so I'm not able to eat the whole one.
On the other side there's another closed church ;)
We go back north heading for San Ambrogio. We wander a bit. And we go to a gelateria for big yummy icecream with a liquid chocolate on the top. Mrrrr...

I tu można posłuchać organów - piękny mają dźwięk!
San Ambrogio, although crowded is a special one! In the crypt there are three important dead people wearing nice clothes. What you can see at the beginning is a beautiful pulpit above an ancient grave. The grave dates back to the times that a church wasn't here. We sit for a while to listen to the chior and the organs - great!
At the churchyard there's a flea market.
At the end we go to see Santa Maria delle Grazie. It's here where the Last Supper is. The church itself is as beautiful as San Ambrogio, although not so crowded. You can listen to the organs here as well - their sound is very nice!

Kierujemy się już powoli w stronę domu. W bocznej uliczce jakieś rzymskie ruiny, ale niezbyt imponujące. Na Piazza Cordusio wsiadamy w zatłoczone metro i wracamy do domu.
O ósmej musiałam już wyjść na dworzec. W oczekiwaniu na pociąg do Bergamo (5,15 euro) robiłam zdjęcia - fajny ten dworzec! Pociąg to ładny piętrus.
We slowly head for home. In a smaller street there are roman ruins, but not very impressive. We take crowded metro at Piazza Cordusio and go back home.
I had to go out to the railway station at eight. Waiting for a train to Bergamo (5,15€) I make photos - it's a very nice railway station! The train is a nice double-deck carriage.
Less then one hour and I'm in Bergamo. Stefano is waiting already in the front of the railway station, 'cause it's a not working day and the bus to his place doesn't go. We have a cheese pizza for supper and an interesting chat about the differences between north and south.
